Gloss Boss 5″ Diamond Pads

Description

5 Different Stages/Types of pads from Heavy Cut to Final Applications. For use with DA Machines and a 5″ backing plate.

GREEN – Use this pad to apply compounds or polishes to remove severe oxidation, swirls, and scratches. It is the most aggressive and should only be used when a further stage of polishing is being carried out. This pad will remove 1200-1500 grit sanding marks.

Yellow : Firm, high density foam for scratch and defect removal. Use this pad with a combination of coarse to medium compounds to eliminate oxidation, severe swirl marks, medium scratches.

Orange : Designed for use with polishes, one step compounds & cleansers. This pad has light cutting power for polishing but is soft enough to produce a gloss finish.

Blue : This pad is firm enough to withstand added pressure during final finishing to remove buffer trails & light imperfections. It has a low cutting ability and will apply thin, even coats of waxes, sealants, and glazes to a high gloss finish.

Red :This pad has no cutting or cleaning ability, but instead a high density premium foam for applying wax, glazes and sealants.
